Professional Introduction
I am the creator of the Acu-Vibrational Tuning Fork Technique™ and the Embodied Resilience Program for Cancer Care. I am a Certified Vibrational Sound Coach Practitioner, Reiki Master/Teacher, Trauma and Resilience Trainer, End-of-Life Coach, author, and wellness educator.
With academic training in Sociology, Psychology, and Finance, and decades of experience in consulting, coaching, training, and integrative healing, I bring a unique interdisciplinary perspective to supporting resilience, emotional well-being, and quality of life.
My work integrates vibrational sound therapy, Reiki, meditation, trauma-informed practices, and resilience education to support individuals and healthcare organizations seeking complementary approaches to well-being alongside conventional care.
Professional Background
My professional journey began in the fields of sociology, psychology, business, and organizational development. I earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology, followed by an MBA in Finance.
Throughout my career, I worked in quality management, organizational consulting, coaching, and training. I designed and delivered programs in leadership development, change management, communication, stress management, team building, and other soft skills essential for personal and organizational success. I have extensive experience in adult education, resilience-building, workshop facilitation, and trauma-informed supportive practices, combined with prior international consulting work in organizational development, leadership support, and capacity-building initiatives, some connected with UNDP and European Union programs.
Working closely with individuals, teams, and organizations gave me a deep appreciation for human potential and the factors that influence growth, performance, resilience, and well-being.
A Personal Turning Point
Although my professional path began in sociology, psychology, business, and organizational development, my interest in healing was shaped by a deeply personal experience.
Raised in a scientific family where religion and spirituality played little role, I viewed health and illness primarily through a conventional lens. In my early twenties, my mother was diagnosed with colon cancer. During the two years that followed, my aunt and I became her primary caregivers as we supported her through treatment and the many challenges that accompanied her illness.
When my mother passed away, I found myself confronting questions about suffering, healing, loss, and resilience that I had never previously considered. Seeking understanding and meaning during this difficult period led me to explore yoga, meditation, and other approaches that were outside my previous worldview.
What began as a personal search gradually evolved into a lifelong journey of learning about human resilience, emotional well-being, healing, and the many ways people navigate life's most difficult experiences.
What I Learned Through Consulting and Coaching
For many years, I worked in organizational development, quality management, coaching, and training, helping individuals and organizations improve leadership, communication, teamwork, performance, and effectiveness.
While many people benefited from these programs, I noticed a recurring pattern. Some individuals embraced change and achieved meaningful growth, while others continued to struggle despite having the knowledge, skills, and desire to succeed.
Over time, I became increasingly aware that unresolved emotional experiences, chronic stress, limiting beliefs, and trauma often acted as invisible barriers to personal and professional growth. Knowledge alone was not always enough. Lasting change required addressing the deeper emotional and psychological factors that influenced how people thought, felt, and responded to life's challenges.
This realization inspired me to expand my studies beyond traditional coaching and organizational development. What started as a search for more effective ways to help people overcome barriers and reach their potential eventually evolved into an integrative approach that combines resilience education with complementary healing practices.
Integrative Healing and Innovation
As my studies expanded into Reiki, meditation, vibrational sound therapy, Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Matrix Reimprinting, Qi Gong, and other complementary approaches, I became increasingly interested in how these practices could support emotional well-being, resilience, and personal transformation.
In 2020–2022, I developed the Acu-Vibrational Tuning Fork Technique™ (ATFT), an integrative methodology that combines vibrational sound, acupressure-based principles, Reiki, breath awareness, and trauma-informed practices.
ATFT was developed to support relaxation, emotional balance, stress reduction, nervous system regulation, and overall well-being. Drawing on my diverse training and experience, this approach reflects my commitment to integrating complementary healing practices with practical, resilience-oriented support for individuals navigating life's challenges.
The Embodied Resilience Program for Cancer Care
Over the years, my work with individuals facing stress, trauma, serious illness, grief, and life transitions reinforced the importance of resilience as a foundation for well-being. While healing modalities can provide valuable support, I recognized the need for a structured program that could help individuals develop practical skills for navigating uncertainty, emotional challenges, and the physical and psychological demands of illness.
This led to the development of the Embodied Resilience Program for Cancer Care, a six-session supportive care program designed to help individuals living with cancer cultivate resilience, emotional well-being, and quality of life during treatment, recovery, survivorship, and ongoing care.
The program focuses on six core capacities of embodied resilience: Support, Steadiness, Mental Space, Emotional Presence, Wholeness, and Integration. Through resilience education, mindfulness, embodied awareness practices, and complementary wellness approaches, participants learn practical tools to strengthen these capacities in everyday life.
Rather than focusing solely on illness, the program emphasizes the cultivation of inner resources that can help individuals navigate challenges with greater awareness, self-compassion, resilience, and connection.
